CECS level III Throw Course
Dates: 22/2 to 7/3/2010.
Venue: RDC- Cairo.
CECS Level III course in Throws was conducted at RDC-Cairo from 22 February to 7
March 2010.
13 participants (including 2 women) from 11 countries took part in the course:
KUW, SYR (2), MAR, TUN, EGY, LBA, JOR, OMA, YEM, SUD (2), UAE.
The course lecturers were Dr. Hamdi Abdel Rahim (EGY), Dr. Mohamed Diab (EGY)
and Mr. Mohamed Elashry (EGY)
The
course's timetable included general theory, planning, event specific theory,
practical and coaching practical sessions done by coaches.
The theoretical sessions were conducted at the class room in RDC-Cairo location
